EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Each and every product manufactured by JBW Systems, Inc. is built of the finest materials available and meets or exceeds the highest standards of quality. All JBW Mixers are functionally tested to insure integrity of operation and that the outsourced optional equipment (pump, motor, control and safety equipment) function as they should and are not defective. JBW warrants that all parts manufactured by according to the blueprints covered under the JBW patent are free from defects in material for a period of one year after production date. JBW Systems, Inc. has no control over the use of JBW Mixing Equipment, installation, add-on equipment therefore JBW Systems cannot be liable for consequential damage or expenses arising from the use or misuse of its products on any application. JBW Systems, Inc. responsibility is limited solely to replacement or repair of JBW parts that are deemed to be defective. All decisions as to cause of failure are the sole determination of JBW Systems, Inc. Prior approval for return must be obtained from JBW Systems, Inc. This warranty does not cover any JBW mixer parts that are used on or with other mixing equipment – there is no guarantee, replacement, or returns of JBW mixer parts used on other equipment, altered or salvaged. The original invoice number and serial number must be sent with parts to be examined for warranty. Prior written approval must be obtained from JBW Systems, Inc. before parts can be returned for examination. Parts must be shipped at the buyer’s expense to and from the JBW facility. Failure due to normal wear, misapplication, improper installation, damages through abuse or because of incorrect installation or add-on- equipment, inadequate or improper maintenance, operator error, acts of nature, acts of war, and operator mis-use, are expressly excluded from this warranty. Warranties can be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

Items that are not manufactured by JBW Systems, Inc. (air motor, pump, control equipment, etc.) are not covered by JBW’s warranty. Any items not manufactured by JBW Systems, Inc., (even though they are a part of the complete assembly) are covered by the original manufacturer’s’ warranty. The Gast manufactured air motor will be covered by Gast Manufacturing and is not included in the JBW warranty. If your mixer is manufactured with a pump, the original manufacture (Wilden Pump) warranty will fully cover the pump. Control valves, tubing, equipment and safety equipment are covered only if they are deemed by the original manufacturer) as being defective. Please note that all JBW Mixing Equipment are checked and rechecked to be operational before leaving the factory. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
